If your account is labeled as "Inactive" when you log into platform.jarvice.com, that means that you need to add a credit card in order to start running jobs and make your account "active".
Since we recently switched over our new portal, you will actually have to set up your credit card over at https://classic.jarvice.com/ which is our old portal.
To do this, follow these simple steps:
- Go to https://classic.jarvice.com/
- Click on your account name in the top right
- Click on "Account Settings"
- Click on "Payment Info"
- Click on "Edit"
- Enter your credit card information and click "Save"
If you get an error when saving your credit card information, make sure that the billing address is exactly the same as it is on your credit card. For example, if on your credit card it says "123 Street" then "123 St." will not work. All words need to match exactly.
Once you enter valid credit card information your account will become active and you will be able to start running jobs.
